REFUNDS POLICY

Refunds Policy for Table Cancellations – British Business Awards 2025

Thank you for supporting the British Business Awards 2025, taking place on April 24th, 2025. In order to maintain the integrity and success of our event, we have established the following No Refunds Policy for table cancellations:

  1. Cancellation Within 14 Days of Booking: If you cancel your table reservation within 14 days of booking, we will offer a full refund.
  2. Cancellation After 14 Days: Cancellations made after the initial 14-day period will not be eligible for a refund. This is because, once a reservation is made, we turn away other prospective table buyers and can no longer offer the table to others.
  3. Charitable Impact: The British Business Awards 2025 is a fundraising event in support of charity. Cancellations after the 14-day window impact our ability to raise funds for this important cause, and as such, we are unable to provide a refund.

By reserving a table, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. We appreciate your understanding and support in ensuring the success of the British Business Awards 2025.
